A is a 17 year old boy who was jumping on the trampoline and took a face plant onto the side of the trampoline. He fractured... his entire midface and nose and developed significant cartilage loss and a deformed nose. He underwent a septoplasty at the time of the accident to try and stabilize his nose, but much of the cartilage in his nose deformed and he devloped a saddle-nose. His mom's onlly request was that she wanted her son's nose back. A underwent a complex revision rhinoplasty with ear cartilage and a PDS structural plate. He is shown here 2 weeks after surgery. His mom states that he looks exactly like who he did before the accident, and he has his "family's" nose back. Yeah! more »
