This patient had suffered several prior nasal fractures and had undergone several prior septoplasties to improve his nasal... function. The patient had a revision rhinoplasty and rib cartilage grafting to improve his severe asymmetry, tip ptosis and dorsal hump. He is shown 7 months after surgery and is noting much improvement to his breathing and symmetry. There is expected to be continued improvement to the patient's nasal tip swelling over the next several months. more »
