This patient had severe nasal pinching and asymmetry after having a rhinoplasty over 20 years ago. I performed a revision... septo-rhinoplasty to reconstruct the patient's nose and create a more natural appearing nasal contour and improve her nasal function. She is shown 3 months after surgery and still has residual tip swelling that will improve further with time. more »
