This patient had a prior rhinoplasty by another surgeon 7 years before having a revision rhinoplasty. I used an open technique... to improve the patient's asymmetry and external valve collapse along with his pollybeak deformity, alar retraction, and excessive columellar show. The after results are from 15 months after revision surgery. The patient has some residual tip edema that will continue to improve. more »
