This is a 45-year-old, presented for evaluation for breast augmentation. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 143 pounds.... She is the mother of four children. She underwent bilateral augmentation using Mentor silicone gel breast implants with a size of 300 ccs. She had a peri-areolar incision approach with sub muscular position of the breast implants with a dual-plane placement. She went from a size B to a C+. more »
