This is a 28-year-old, female patient who came in for an evaluation for breast augmentation. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and... weighs 107 pounds. She had some breast asymmetry. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a breast base size of 300 ccs inflated to 325 ccs on the left side and 360 ccs on the right side. The surgical approach was a peri-areolar incision and sub-muscular implant placement. Her size increased from an A+ to a C+. more »
