This is a 37-year-old, female came in for an evaluation for breast enhancement. She is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 140... pounds. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a base size of 300 ccs, inflated up to 330 ccs. She has had two children. She had a peri-areolar incision approach with sub-muscular placement of the breast implants. She had a dual-plane approach due to the laxity of her skin.
