This is a 24-year-old, female came in for an evaluation for breast augmentation. She is 5 feet 2 inches and weighs 117 pounds.... She underwent bilateral breast augmentation using Mentor normal-saline breast implants with a base size of 300 ccs inflated to 340 ccs on her right and 315 ccs on her left side. The approach was sub-muscular placement of the breast implants with a peri-areolar incision. She went from a size A to C+. more »
