This patient, in her mid-40s, was bothered by facial aging that was making her look older than she wanted to at her age. She complained of a sagging brow and temple, crow’s feet, a sagging cheek and thickened nasolabial fold or smile lines. She was also bothered by jowls or excess skin along the jaw line and a hanging neck which were caused by platysmal or neck bands. Utilizing an endoscopic minimally invasive approach with cameras, performed a brow lift, a temple lift, and a midface lift or cheek lift. A mini-facelift, EZ-lift, was performed using shorter incisions than a typical facelift to tighten the jowls and sagging neck skin. The brow and temple region have a rejuvenated, more feminine appearance with improvement in the crow’s feet. The cheek lift or midface lift with orbital, cheek, and buccal fat repositioning that helped to restore lost volume to the cheeks, improve the nasolabial fold, and restore the youthful fullness of the cheeks. The jaw and neckline are tighter and sharper as in youth.
