Endonasal Rhinoplasty

26 year old male, 6 weeks after endonasal (closed) rhinoplasty, base view

This 26 year old male was interested in a cosmetic as well as functional septorhinoplasty. He had difficulty breathing due to... a significantly deviated septum and had broken his nose previously. He desired a straighter profile, to restore the appearance of his nose prior to the nasal fracture. He is shown 6 weeks following an endonasal rhinoplasty and septoplasty, in which no external incisions were made. His breathing is already much improved over his baseline and he is quite happy with his aesthetic outcome. more »
