Bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty, and 4 lid permanent eyeliner

Bilateral upper lid ptosis, Bilateral lower lid fullness

2 months postop following conservative blepharoplasty during upper lid ptosis repair, bilateral transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty with lid tightening, and permanent eyeliner on all four eyelids

This patient had mild ptosis of the upper eye lids and fullness of the lower lids. She had a levator advancement for repair of... the mild ptosis and also a small amount of extra skin and fat removed to clean up her upper lids. A bilateral transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty with lid tightening was performed on the lower eyelids. After the incisions were well healed (approx one month after surgery), she had permanent eyeliner applied on all four eyelids. more »
