Background: This man's concern was that he wanted to know whether his ears could be made better or was he just overly... concerned.  Unlike most patients that request otoplasty do not have a well formed antihelical fold. This makes the ear very prominent and have a flat appearance, in this patient's case he does have a well formed antihelical fold. His ears have the normal articulation and shape. However his ears appear more canted and forward. Procedure: Otoplasty Follow Up: Five days post surgery his ears are in line with his head. He is very pleased with the results. more »
