This patient had excess skin and fat in her upper and lower eyelids as well as descent of the normal facial contours. She also... has some permanent wrinkles on her forehead with and without movement. The procedure consisted of removal of excess skin and fat from her upper eyelids, removing extra skin from her lower eyelids with repositioning of the cheek to a more youthful position. Botox and juvederm were used in the forhead at the conclusion of the procedure to erase the lines on her forhead. more »
