This is a 39-year-old female (5’4” 135 pounds) who works out frequently. She was concerned about the fullness in... her abdomen, hips and thighs, though her skin tone was very good. In order to correct this she underwent Power Assisted Lipectomy (PAL) of the abdomen, hips and thighs with a mini tummy tuck. Post op photos taken four month later reveal a tight abdomen, better contour to the hips and posterior lateral thighs. The medial thighs no longer touch. The incision for the mini tummy tuck is kept well below the bikini line. Notice also the muscular contour of her abdomen is now visible which makes her workouts more gratifying and productive. more »
