The patient had a rhinoplasty previously. Following her previous rhinoplasty, the patient was left with a twisted nose, nasal... airway obstruction, and a poor cosmetic appearance. She underwent an open revision rhinoplasty, with the Athre medial crural tuck-up technique. Her goals were to breathe, reduce the size of her nose, fix the twisted appearance, and still maintain her overall Middle-Eastern appearance. She is shown 2 weeks after revision rhinoplasty. more »
