Implants to support a fixed bridge for a patient with all teeth missing

Patient had all of her teeth extracted due to decay and gum disease. This is her appearance after a 3 month healing.

Fixed bridge supported by 8 implants

After patient lost of her lower teeth due to decay, a transitional denture was given. She immediately know that she does not... want a denture because the way it looked and felt, and the fact that she has to remove it. She wanted a fixed bridge that gave her optimal comfort, function, and aesthetics. I placed 8 implants in strategic positions. After 2 months of healing her prosthodontist fabricated a temporary bridge. After another 2 months the final bridge was delivered.
