Missing lower teeth replaced with bone grafting and implants

This patient had lost her lower back teeth several years ago due to decay. Teeth were extracted but not grafted at the time. As the result, bone underwent resorption. She did not want a partial denture. After bone was augmented with grafting, three dental implants were placed to support single crowns. Patient wanted to be able to floss in between normally and therefore single implant supported crowns were recommended.
