Profile

This patient was interested in improving the projection of his chin and improving his neck fullness. He also wished to improve... his nasal hump. I performed a sliding genioplasty and neck liposuction to improve his chin position and neck fullness. During the chin advancement I angled the bone downward to increase the vertical height of his chin to better balance out the rest of the patient's face. I then performed an open septo-rhinoplasty to straighten the patient's profile line. I also repositioned his tip cartilages to improve his pre-operative alar retraction. more »
