This lovely lady had deep smokers lines despite the fact she had never smoked. Despite her advanced age, she really wanted to... look her best. I performed a deep chemical peel to the area around her mouth. I told her that recovery would be challenging and indeed it was. It took about 2 weeks for her to fully heal and I had her use a strong topical steroid cream for a couple of weeks to prevent scarring. more »
