This healthy lady wanted facial rejuvenation. She had suffered a burn injury to her jawline and neck as a child and needed... some skin grafting. I was concerned that a standard face lift procedure may not be safe in the grafted area. I elected to do a midface lift via an incision in her "crows feet" and lower eyelid and used an Endotine fixation device to hold the elevated tissue in place while they heal at their new location. She likes the cheek fullness and we both noted some improvement in her jawline even though this area was not directly treated. more »
