Patient was experiencing a high level of discomfort with the size of her inner labia. The labia reduction surgery was... performed under very light anesthesia, and usually took about one hour. Small incisions were made to remove any excess tissue and to even out the edges of the labia minora. Sutures were placed where the incisions were made (sutures dissolved within a few weeks). more »
