This 29-year old patient from San Diego, California who was 6-years post op subglandular (above the pec muscle) breast... augmentation surgery (performed by another surgeon), the patient was unhappy with size and with little to no breast tissue, the results of having saline breast implants left her with rippling complications. In order to achieve her desired look, 533cc silicone-gel breast implants were used with submuscular placement. The patient is now 3-years post-op surgery. more »
