Revisional Eyelid Surgery

The picture on the left shows a female who underwent cosmetic lower eyelid blepharoplasty by an outside plastic surgeon 5... years ago. As you can tell, the whites of her eyes are showing and she cannot close her eyes. The photo on the right shows post-operative revisional surgery with a hard palate graft to raise the lower eyelid. Note the return to the natural V-shaped corners compared to the “operated” look on the left. more »
