Extended Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift with Implants

This 45-year old patient from Lakeside, California (East County San Diego) who was unhappy with her post-weight loss body, the... patient lost about 65 lbs from dieting and exercising. After her significant weight-loss, due to skin laxity, she was left with loose excess skin around her abdomen area. The patient was interested in tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty), breast lift (mastopexy) and breast augmentation surgery, also known as a mommy makeover. In order to achieve her desired look, an extended tummy tuck (standard tummy tuck with back lipectomy) was performed with abdominal muscle repair, along with a full breast lift for fullness and saline breast implants filled to 390cc in both breasts for volume.
