This 42-year old patient from San Diego, California who was interested in revisionary breast surgery, the patient previously... had 400cc saline breast implants and was unhappy with the size of her previous breast surgery and wanted to significantly increase her breast size, cleavage and fullness. Due to very little breast tissue, increasing breast size with saline breast implant could have risks of rippling. In order to achieve her desired look, 700cc silicone breast implants in both breasts.
