Implant Revision Surgery with Silicone-Gel Implants

This 42-year old patient from El Cajon, California who was interested in implant revison surgery. The patient perviously had... breast augmentation surgery perform by another Surgeon. Over time and due rippling the patient was looking into replacing her saline breast implants with silicone-gel breast implants for a more natural look, and feel, without any rippling while, increasing in size. In order to achieve her desired look, the saline implants were removed and replaced with 700cc silicone-gel breast implants in both breasts. Submuscular placement was also used to insure a natural look. The patient is now 1-month post-op surgery. more »
