This 20-year-old patient from San Diego, California who was interested in breast augmentation surgery. The patient expressed... she was concern with her constricted (tubular), asymmetric breasts. The patient was seeking surgery for several years to correct her breasts deformity. In order to achieve her desired look, saline breast implants were used, filled to 425cc in the left breast and 575cc in the right breast to attain symmetry with submuscular placement.
