This 44-year old patient from Hermosillo, Mexico was interested in breast revison and reconstruction surgery. The patient,... previously had breast augmentation surgery performed by another surgeon in Mexico. In order to achieve her desired look, internal sutures were used to create and internal bra to reconstruct the breast pocket with saline breast implants, filled to 910cc in the left breast and 980cc in the right breast to attain symmetry.
