This is a 35-year old patient from Escondido, California (north county San Diego) was interested in tummy tuck... (abdominoplasty), breast lift, and breasy augmentation surgery. After having 4 children, the patient was very unhappy with her post baby body. In order to achieve her desired look, Saline breast implants were used, filled to 390cc in the left breast and 400cc in the right breast to attain symmetry, a full breast lift was perform for fullness with an extended tummy tuck (tummy tuck with back lipectomy).
