This 33-year old patient from Toronto, Canada was interested in breast revision surgery. The patient previously had breast... augmentation surgery in 2008, performed by another plastic surgeon. The patient was unhappy the sub-glandular placement (over the muscle) of her implants and was also unhappy with the size of her breasts. In order to achieve her desired look, her previous implants were removed then re-augment with saline breast implants, filled to 1224cc in both breasts with sub-muscular placement.
