Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift with Implants

This 37-year old patient from Santee, California (San Diego County) was interested in tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), breast... lift, and breast augmentation surgery also known in our office as a “mommy makeover”. After 2 pregnancies and breast-feeding, overtime the patient became unhappy with her post-baby body. In 2003 the patient had gastric bypass surgery, she lost a significant amount of weight and decided it was time to rid of all her extra loose skin. In order to achieve her desired look, a full lift was performed with saline breast implants, filled to 625cc in the left breast and 605cc in the right breast for symmetry.
