Multiple self harm scars on arm and fore arm. The uppermost layer of the skin removed by dermabrasion and the raw surface was covered with 0.2 mm-thick thin skin grafts harvested from thigh region. The scars are hide under the skin graft and the "socially unacceptable" scars are transformed to "socially acceptable" and inconspicuous scars.
