This patient felt that her breasts were not in keeping with her age of 24 - they were lower than she would like, with larger areolas. A short transverse scar mastopexy (breast uplift) was performed. In this case, no implant was necessary as the patient had sufficient natural breast tissue to allow for re-moulding of her existing tissue.
