This 32-year old patient from Lake Mills, Wisconsin was interested in breast revision surgery. The patient was status post... breast augmentation surgery in 2002 preformed by another surgeon. Due to encapsulation, rippling, and poor cosmetic results, the patient was seeking revisionary surgery. After several consultations via phone and e-mail, the patient decided to go forward with surgery. In order to achieve her desired look, capsulorrhaphy was performed on both breasts, removed her previous saline breast implants and re-augmented with 800cc moderated plus profile silicone-gel breast implants in both breasts, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 2-month post-op surgery. The patient is keeping in touch and sending pictures via e-mail. more »
