    Patient is a primiparous female who developed post-partum involutional atrophy( loss of breast volume) with associated breast ptosis/sagging.  She underwent an augmentation-mastopexy utilizing a modified Benelli approach.  The post-op photos were taken approximately 3 months after the surgery.
