AMaryland woman had a droopy tip of the nose when smiling. Active smiles may pull the nose down to a large degree. She... underwent finesse rhinoplasty to improve facial balance via an endonasal approach, without any external incisions. The tip of the nose is in a better position and does not droop anymore.
