Cosmetic Concern: 38-year old woman who is concerned about her “saddle bags.” She reports that despite a stable... weight and vigorous exercise program, she as been unable to reduce the fat deposits on her outer thighs. Diagnosis:  Localized adiposity of the inner and outer thighs. Treatment: Tumescent liposuction of the outer thighs. Discussion: This procedure was performed under local anesthesia in the office procedure suite. She returned to her work out and to work in 2 days. more »
