Cosmetic Concern: 52-year-old woman with lower facial lines and eyebrow ptosis.

Diagnosis
Aging face with eyebrow ptosis.
Lower facial wrinkles.
Neck laxity.

Treatment: Endoscopic forehead lift and lower facelift. The key to a natural result is to leave the face calm, not pulled. We only have finite resources to look as good as possible. A surgery should not use these resources up.
