After Revision Surgery

This 25-year old patient from Montclair, California was interested in breast revision surgery. The patient had breast... augmentation surgery done in 2008 with another doctor. The patient was unhappy with the out come of her surgery, which left her with symmastia. Symmastia is a result of over-dissection of the tissues in the cleavage area. This over-dissection is done intentionally to create or increase cleavage. The patient is now 6-days post-op removal of bilateral breast implants and capsulorrhaphy to prevent recurring dislocation. The patient expressed that she doesn’t want breast implants at this time, and she may want to have breast re-augmentation in the future. more »
