This is a 36 year old amateur boxer from Pittsburgh, PA. He wanted to soften the profile of his nose without dramatically... changing his look or the classic Mediterranean character of his face. He was not interested in nasal surgery. By injecting a long-lasting filler we were able to make the changes he desired in a quick and predictable office procedure. As the patient desired, the moderate hump on his nasal dorsum has been softened, but not eliminated.
