Making ones lips fuller may require more than just a "filler" or filling out the red portion of the lip. In this situation, the patient needed to have more of the "red" portion of her lip be exposed = lip advancement and then, her new lip was augmented to fill out the upper lip to be in better balance with her lower lip.
