Los Angeles, California female leg vein patient before and after 2 laser treatments.  Lasers are different than sclerotherapy, which this woman had previously.  Sclerotherapy injections collapse the small veins using a liquid solution that is injected into the leg.  Lasers work very differently.  Heat energy from the lasers closes the veins.  They are then absorbed into the body.  Because of their superficial nature small spider veins are not required for circulation and thus can easily be removed.
