Today I had a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, and he adviced me that if I get pec implants I am completely forbidden to do any sort of chest excersize, chest workout, or any strenuous activity involving my chest muscles ever again. I just wanted to confirm this, I've tried to do a lot of research but have only found general answers stating that I can resume excersize within 6 months. Thank you !
Hi, I'm hoping to obtain some valuable feedback from some of the Plastic Surgeon experts in the industry. I am going to get pec implants regardless, however, there is a TON of shoddy work with this procedure specifically. Some of the Before & After pictures are wildly off. Having said that, what sizing should I go with that will safely fit my 5'11, 175 pound frame that will ALSO turn heads? In three weeks, Ill be getting pec and bicep implants. Theyll be inserted through incisions in my underarms. Do I have to remove hair from my underarms, or anywhere else, before this surgery? Or is it done for me intraoperatively? Conflicting info online. Of course, I first asked this question to my surgeon's office, but couldn't get a definitive answer from the staff member I was able to get in touch with. Many thanks for any clarification!
Since my pec implant surgery in 2017 every couple of months I always get a pinch and stinging pain deep in my l armpit where the edge of the implant painful touch. Its never followed by anything it just goes away but Im Always got a sore armpit for a week. it feels like a pimple thats about to pop but there is no pimple. only the feeling of one. i dont get any redness swelling only a ache thats painful. im hoping drs could know whats going on.
I am a male that had pec enlargement surgery done with the soft solid silicone pec implants. These implants are too hard and do not feel like muscle. Would it be possible to have a small breast implant (about 100 cc's) implanted under the pec muscle and over my current pec implants? My pec implants are about 350 cc's and I wouldn't mine have larger pecs. I want to have masculine looking pecs that are more pliable and squeezable. I am not looking for feminine breasts. Please advise. Thank you
Ive recently got into bodybuilding and realised I have bad chest insertions. Pec implants seem to be the only solution but aren't great. I know nothing about biology but will it ever be possible to change muscle insertions/origin? Specifically pectoral but abdominal as well.
