Im 33 year old mother of 3 (done having children) I lost 60lbs and now I have this apron that is killing my back, makes in really hard to bend over for anything, when stretching - I would be able to touch my toes in a seated forward bend, but I cannot. It's very frustrating and I'm at my wits end. I'm currently stable at 190lbs 5'4 and haven't been able to lose more weight. We don't have a lot of money, but I'm severely unhappy with my body. My hope & prayer is that insurance will cover this!
I had bariatric surgery 2 years ago and lost 110 lbs but left me with a low hanging stomach that causes low back pain and rashes and itching under my stomach. I am only 21 and hoping to have kids eventually but my hanging stomach is getting in the way of my daily activities. What would you recommend? Also would I qualify for a panniculectomy with my current condition?
I have lost 84 pounds and kept it off since August 2019, currently in May 2020.... the skin fold of my stomach is heavy, causing back pain and makes it harder so do things like going jogging and bending. I get rashes under it from moisture and blackheads constantly as well as sore welts. I am interested in a Panniculectomy do you think I might be a good candidate? I have some scar tissue where I had a drain places when I was sick and that just make me uncomfortable too it sits right on my apron
