UK clamps down on plastic surgery advertiser
Real Beauty News on Nov 19, 2008

Transform, a large British cosmetic surgery group, was told by The Advertising Standards Authority that they can no longer call itself 'Britain's most trusted cosmetic surgery group'.

As reported in the Guardian, the Authority found that the marketing message "breached the Committee of Advertising Practice's code on four grounds, including truthfulness, substantiation and matters of opinion."

As of today the "most trusted" message remains prominently displayed on the Transform website.
