Feel overweight? Join over 80-percent of women in the US

84% of women reported they feel overweight in a recent Meredith/NBC. Only 13% of women feel that they are the ideal weight, while 23% feel they are 21-50 pounds overweight and 16% report being more than 50 pounds overweight.
So what are we doing to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle? Drinking water!
- Drink more water -80% of respondents
- Eat more fruits and vegatibles - 70%
- Read nutritional labels - 49%
- Avoid foods that are high in fat - 47%
- Make a conscious effort to lower calorie intake - 44%
- Watch my sugar intake - 44%
- Exercise at least three times a week - 43%
Interesting to see the lack of mention of dieting, diet pills, or other references to weight control aides like the Pink Patch.
