Downtown Toronto Building Boom Includes Medical Spa and Dental Implant Specialist

Real Beauty News on Aug 25, 2008

CNN Money is reporting that Infinity Medical Group (IMGR) has received building permits for a new medical spa and a dental implants clinic at 18 Yonge Street in downtown Toronto.

The project is located in a commercial retail space on the ground level of a 39 story condominium complex, adjacent to several key downtown Toronto landmarks, such as Union Station, Air Canada Centre, the Financial District and the 48 story Maple Leaf Square Condominium Complex.

New condo sales in the city went up 45.7 percent in 2007, mostly from a baby boomer demographic, and that's what Infinity Medical Group hopes to capitalize on by introducing their clinics to the booming area.

The project will result in a new Rejuvena Med Spa, offering laser treatments and injectables, while the Dental Implant Clinic will offer surgically implanted tooth replacements.
