I am a 29 year old female . 54 and 104 pounds my diet is vegetarian and I fast about 2-3 days a week. I am hoping to get a mommy make over that involves a tummy tuck and change of implants no lipo. My concern is my hemoglobin levels too low or is it dangerous to proceed with such procedures? Will I lose a lot of blood ? Should I get me levels up Before surgery and what is considered safe for a vegetarian?
I wanted to know if its recommended to have Cell Saver during this procedure so f your hemoglobin is at 11 - I was told this was necessary with hemoglobin below 12- that the blood taken out is put back into your body but was wondering if that was safe or not
I am having a mommy makeover DEC. 2020 consisting of a breast lift with gel gummy implants, full TT with muscle repair, and lipo of back and waist. NO BBL. But my hemoglobin is 11.9. I have been taking iron 65 mg since May 2020 Q daily BID and vitamin C 500 mg Q daily BID. What are some other ways besides naturally that will help increase my iron levels. Will iron OR high dose vitamin C infusions work?? Please let me know. Im trying to get a hemoglobin of at least 12.5 before my sx DEC. 2020
My hemoglobin level is 11.9. I want to get a mommy makeover, breast lift with gel gummy bear implants and Im told I need a full tummy tuck with muscle repair. Do I need my hemoglobin to be higher than 11.9 although normal as a precaution???
Full MMO with extended TT, (possible BA/BL) and BBL. Im currently taking 1000mg vitamin C, 325mg iron supplement... Just started taking 3 Tablespoons 3 times daily of sss tonic, 4 capsules of hema-plex daily and beet root caps
I had blood done for a wellness program for work, and I noticed when I viewed my test results online something saying Hemoglobin A1c level. It had a number by it. Is Hemoglobin A1c the same as the Hemoglobin needed for surgery mommy makeover etc? If this was the same hemoglobin would it have read CBC number or hemoglobin A1c?
I had blood drawn about a week ago, before i started taking supplements. I am currently taking folic acid, b complex, iron, and vitamin c. When i got my results back, my hemoglobin was 11.6. It needs to be 12.5 for me to have a mommy makeover, based on what my plastic surgeon says. Is it possible to build it to a 12.5 in a matter of 2 weeks with eating folate rich foods? My primary care says that my iron levels are perfect. He says that for me, 11.6 is normal due to the alpha thalassemia.
