Current Stats: 33F, 5'6 168 lbs My ultimate goal is to wear a bikini which I've never been able to do. At my fittest, I was 140-150 lbs so that's the goal I currently have set but I always had stubborn fat and loose skin above my belly button and when I bend over due to struggling with weight issues since childhood. I most recently weighed 220 lbs and am now 168. Am I a good candidate for a MM? If so, what would be a good target weight or other goals I should keep in mind beforehand?
Im 5'7 acurrently 156 lbs (working on getting to 140 145 by eating macros lifting weights 3x and walking 10k steps qd) I used to be 250 lbs in 2018. I am looking at having an extended tummy tuck w/ diastasis repair along with a breast lift (no implants). Ive met with a surgeon I really love, & she recommends I wait 12-16 weeks after the procedure before doing any heavy lifting. I have small children (28 & 32 lbs.) so going this long without picking them up is concerning & causing me to consider delaying the surgery. Im 56, 155 lbs, & in good health. Does this seem like an excessive amount of time to wait to heavy lift?
I lost 20 pounds on Atkins prior to surgery but went back to carbs after surgery for comfort and have probably gained some weight back. Is it safe to convert my body back into ketosis at only 2 weeks post op mommy makeover? How many calories would be right at this point 54 150?
Hi, I am 54 150lbs. I just had my second and last c section in January and im looking to have a mommy make over in January 2023. I have rectus abdominis. Id like to get a lift and implants as well as lipo and a tuck but i also kind of wanted to see if i could get a fat transfer to get rid of my hip dips. Is this possible all under one procedure?
Hello I am 36 5'4 162lbs, I'm getting a mommy makeover next month. I had my first son when I was 22 that weighed 9lbs 11oz and my second son at 33 that weighed 10lbs 13oz I gained a lot of weight both pregnancies but lost 50lbs right after each were born...anyways so that's why my stomach hangs a lot but I was wondering my stomach is pretty round over my belly button, how do I know if it's fat or skin? Because they told me they only remove 1 liter of fat and I don't know if that's enough.
I did it- I lost 80 lbs! Does it appear that I need a breast lift & implant or just an implant? What type of tummy tuck would be best for me? Im 33 years Old, 5 children, 5'4, 165 lbs.
I had VSG surgery June of 2020 and have lost a little over 100 pounds. I've been maintaining a weight of about 160 and I'm 5'4. I'm looking to start my plastic surgery journey but I'm curious as to how many procedures I could have done at once as well as what procedures should I start with. My main areas of concern are pretty much my entire top half; arms, upper back, breast, tummy and I desperately want a bbl.
I am a 28 year old female 51 163lbs. I have 4 children and would like to have a tummy tuck and breast lift. My cardiologist has cleared me, but he also says I am too young to have heart problems although I have mitral valve prolapse and AV BLOCK 2nd degree Mobitz 2. He doesnt think I need medicine for it either. Would these procedures be okay being put under for around 6 hours with these heart conditions? Thank you!
