Hi sorry to ask & please dont laugh. Is it possible for a nipple & part of chest not to heal fully, post gynaecomastia surgery and possibly for the nipple to bleed underneath intermittently?. Years on one of my nipples and chest part feels like it fills up then dissipates. Where the gland was removed, feels like the flesh was cut away. The surgeon cut over part of the nipple rather than around. Pain around nipple is phenomenal & feels like it bleeds.
Hello, I had a gyno and lipsuction in my chest and abdomen couple of years ago and i notice after the surgery maybe after around 6 months or so i noticed that i started having these sudden pinch kind of pain in my chest on middle of chest and sometime of left side of chest near to rib, similar to PCS I have had multiple heart related blood test and scans and everything seems to be fine (Alhumdulillah) my question, Is this common to have this kind of feel after the lipo or gyno surgery?
it's been about 6 weeks since my surgery. I had lipo/excision done. I am worried about the results as it looks like my chest does not look like it has gone through surgery and still seem cone shaped . My chest feels very soft when i press around the nipples. i don't feel any lumps except right around the incision area. Is it ok that the chest feels soft and squishy? I also feel pain and discomfort, and the area is extremely sensitive. my doctor is in another state so i can't go to see him.
Hello, I had Gynecomastia surgery 2 years ago. It did not heal right and now looks worse than pre-surgery. I can feel keloid inside with mild pain when I apply pressure. It's way bigger than the other side of my chest. The outside keloid doesn't hurt at all. Is there a way to fix it? Will I ever get my chest back? ( I've seen some seen some before and after Gynecomastia surgery pictures with no scar at all).
after surgery my left nipple was inverted and i had fuller right side, I had lots of fluid for many days (with no drains) that would make sound. I massaged for almost 3 years on n off, initially left nipple used to pain on massage all these years after surgery i have fat or something on chest especially on sides which was not present before surgery and left chest some pain on strong massages and the whole chest has hard web of veins I guess, assuming it was fluid hematoma or seroma, my options?
I just had tumescent Smart Lipo done on my abdomen and a male breast reduction. My doctor said that I could take Ibuprofen after the surgery. After I did some research, this does not seem to be a good idea. I am 3 days post-op and I want to know, will the first 3 days of taking Ibuprofen affect my results? I just stopped taking it.
i had the surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago. My doc said dont smoke for at least 3 weeks. I messed up and had one cigarette after 2 weeks and 4 days. what percentage of people who get dead nipple are within the first week post op? I assume it lowers everyday after surgery?? Im healing at a decent pace Although I still have bruising and slight pain. My swelling has all but disappeared. Whats the chances 1 cig will make my nipple fall off 19 days after surgery?
i had surgery for gyno done 8 mnths ago i now have a lumpy + uneven contour with divots along the edge of the right pec. the skin + tissue is damaged from second degree vaser thermal injury. i have burning pain with patches of purple skin discoloration. follow up was not satisfactory. he initially said the result was incredible, and then abandoned f/u at 3 mnths 1. what can be done to improve the contour ie. the lumps of scar and the divots along the edge of the pec ?
